BATTERSEA BAR
We were commissioned to design and make a bar for a renowned restaurant. The bar serves drinks with a focus on an impressive selection of English wines.
The design uses hefty oak cabinetry set against the existing gallery feel of the space. A squares based motif inspired by wine rack storage and the heritage of the Arts and Crafts movement is featured throughout and uses both recessed and protruding squares, with the wall panelling a mix of the two elements and sprayed in a textured finish. The glass and bottles display storage integrated into the panelling is mirror backed and show stopping, adding visual depth and reflecting light.
